• Bridge the relationships between management, employees, and university-related entities by addressing requests.
• Support current and future work needs through development and participation.
• Foster and create a positive work environment.
• Work on supporting employees in the deanship by establishing performance evaluation strategies, training, development, and more.
• Monitor administrative processes for employees.
